Our Simple Buying Process:
Be prepared to fall in love. Of course, we mean that we fully expect you to search and find a home you’ll love; but, what we really mean is we want to help you prepare to find the home you love, and be prepared to purchase it when you find it. We’ve all seen homes be listed one day and “pending” the next. Our proven process ensures that you’re at maximum readiness to purchase the home you love at a moment’s notice.
Meet With Your Agent.
The very first step is to meet your agent and begin the trust building process. You’ll get to know each other a bit, your agent (and our team) will learn your story, why you’re moving, and find out exactly what’s important to you. Starting the entire process on the right foot ensures a smooth process and great outcomes - that’s why the first step is in many ways the most important step.
Pre-qualification.
We’ll spend some time to understand how you would like to make your purchase. Some situations are simple and straight forward. Others are complex and require creativity and expert guidance.
We’ll help you get connected with a trusted local mortgage professional who will help determine the best price range for your purchase and who will expertly guide you through the mortgage lending process. Once you’re pre-qualified, we can begin searching for your new home in earnest.
Start Searching.
We’ll begin sharing listings with you that match the criteria you gave us during our first meeting. We understand that your time is valuable and that this process is very important to you, so working as a team to identify a good fit is key. We’ll arm you with the latest technology, communicate regularly and learn exactly which listings excite you the most.
Schedule Showings.
This is the fun part, for sure. We’ll choose the listings that get you most excited and schedule time to view them in person. Nothing beats using all five senses when deciding if a home is right for you.
Make An Offer.
Once you find “the one,” it’s time to craft a competitive offer. During this stage, we’re working hard to present you and your offer to the seller in a compelling manner in order to get your offer accepted.
We Won! Now What?
Although this is a huge milestone, it’s not the finish line - it’s really just the beginning! Our team goes to work coordinating every aspect of your transaction and we will lead you ever step of the way. You’ll officially begin your loan application, make inspections on the home, and have the home appraised.
Closing
Woo Hoo, it’s closing day. This is the process of going through all of the paper work (and there’s a lot to go through), exchanging monies, signing your name (and there’s a lot of signing to do), and getting the keys!
