Beyond his role as a Real Estate professional, Dylan cherishes the roles of being a devoted husband to Kendall, a loving father to two beautiful daughters, and a caring neighbor to lifelong friends in Knoxville.

Kendall joined The Local Real Estate team in 2022 after a season of growth in the family real estate practice. She previously served a local non-profit for nearly a decade, and brings a wealth of experiences and talent to the team - she embodies what it means to be a local.

Kendall’s role is to coordinate the many facets of each real estate transaction and provide a seamless experience for each of our clients. Real estate is a complex process, and her job is to make sure it’s not complicated.

Beyond her role as a real estate professional, she is a wife and mother, PTA president, and friend to many. Despite having the best agents in East Tennessee, she’ll be your favorite part of working with The Local Real Estate Team.

Juan Pablo launched his real estate career in late 2023 and joined The Local Real Estate Team in early 2024. Juan Pablo is passionate about helping first time home buyers to “Stop Paying Rent.” His passion comes from his own journey, making Juan Pablo the chief encourager in his client’s own home ownership journey.

Juan Pablo grew up in Knoxville and loves his community. He and his family own several local businesses and have deep roots in the community he serves.
