I have known Dylan for many years, but in his prior profession. My husband and I reconnected with him at a local event and we spoke with him about the idea of putting our home on the market, we know numerous agents in the Knoxville area, so we had options when it came to who to choose to be our realtor. I am so happy we chose Dylan, not only is he a great realtor, he is a great person. He was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns, and was definitely the most thorough agent we have used. When it came to the contract process and offers, He really does his research and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the whole process. He puts his heart and soul into what he does and it shows. I highly recommend Dylan and his team, he is a top notch agent and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again if the need arises.

I would highly recommend Dylan Martin as your realtor. He made me feel confident and comfortable in his expertise of real estate. And at my convenience, he would always be available to show me many homes. From the beginning to the end with negotiating to closing, I felt that he would not steer me in the wrong direction. Dylan is very easy to work with. He’s very friendly and kind. I would highly recommend him in the end. I ended up with a beautiful home and neighborhood.
